Do you accept Medicare and Medicaid?
Yes, we are a certified Medicare and Medicaid provider. We also accept most major insurance plans and managed care programs.
Can I schedule a tour of the facility?
Absolutely! We encourage tours and would be happy to show you around. Please contact our Admissions Department to schedule a convenient time.
What are your visiting hours?
We welcome visitors 7 days a week. For the safety and comfort of our residents, we ask that visits take place between 9:00 a.m. and 7:00 p.m., but accommodation can be arranged with advance notice.
Do you provide care for residents with dementia or Alzheimer’s?
Yes, we care for residents with various stages of dementia and Alzheimer’s in our general skilled nursing environment. Our staff is trained in dementia care techniques, and we develop personalized care plans to ensure safety, comfort, and quality of life.
Are physicians available onsite?
Yes, we have an onsite Medical Director and other physicians who round regularly and coordinate closely with our nursing team. Specialists are also available as needed.
What types of therapy do you offer?
We offer Physical, Occupational, and Speech Therapy seven days a week. Our therapy is customized to each resident’s needs and provided both in-house and through trusted external therapy partners.
How do you handle dietary needs and preferences?
Our registered dietitian develops individualized meal plans based on medical needs, dietary restrictions, and personal preferences. We also accommodate cultural or religious dietary requirements.
